Straightforward e-signatures from Dropbox, with unlimited requests on every paid plan
Prices verified October 30, 2026 on the vendor's site
Overview
Dropbox Sign — the product formerly called HelloSign — is a browser-based e-signature service from Dropbox. Its pricing is unusually simple: every paid plan includes unlimited signature requests, so the tiers differ by the number of users, templates and admin controls rather than by sending volume. Essentials covers one person with five templates; Standard is for teams of two or more, raises the template allowance to fifteen and adds an admin console and branding; Premium is quote-only and adds multi-team management, Salesforce, SSO and data residency. A 30-day trial applies to the paid plans, and there is a separate free plan for occasional signing, though its limits are not listed on the pricing page. Developers should note the API is a separate product with its own pricing.
Who it's for
Freelancers and small offices that send contracts often enough to worry about per-month caps, teams already storing files in Dropbox or Google Drive, and businesses that want a simple, predictable price per sender rather than an envelope allowance.

- Unlimited signature requests on every paid plan — no monthly envelope cap
- Long 30-day free trial
- Clear, short plan list with prices published in USD
- Integrations with Google Drive, Microsoft Word and HubSpot on standard tiers
Watch out for
- Standard needs at least two users, so a solo user who wants branding has to pay for a second seat
- Template limits (5 and 15) on the lower plans
- API access is a separate purchase
- Free plan limits are not spelled out on the pricing page
