Proposal and quote builder with e-signatures, plus a free 5-document eSign tier

Prices verified October 30, 2026 on the vendor's site

Overview

PandaDoc combines a drag-and-drop document editor with e-signatures, quoting and approvals, so documents are drafted, priced and signed in one web app. It has a permanent Free eSign plan for 5 documents a month (2 recipients each) and paid per-user plans: Starter at $19/user/month billed annually ($35 monthly) and Business at $49 ($65 monthly), with Enterprise sold by quote. Paid plans send unlimited documents, but Starter keeps the Free plan's 5-template cap. Business adds the quote builder, approval workflows, version history, content library and most CRM integrations, while Salesforce, bulk send and published forms cost extra. Enterprise adds SSO, custom roles and webhooks. A 14-day trial starts on the Business Monthly plan. Teams that only need to sign documents, not build them, will pay for features they won't use.

Who it's for

Sales teams sending proposals and quotes with pricing tables, agencies and consultants who build branded documents from templates, and small businesses that want a free way to get a few documents signed each month before upgrading.
