Overview
Wondershare PDFelement is a PDF editor for Windows and Mac with companion iOS, Android and web apps. Wondershare sells it through regional store pages that offer quarterly, yearly, two-year and perpetual plans, each in a cross-platform version or a cheaper single-platform version. In the US the auto-renewing yearly plan was listed at US$89.99 (cross-platform) or US$79.99, and a perpetual PDFelement 13 license at US$139.99 or US$129.99. The editor covers text editing, Office conversion, OCR in 26 languages, form creation, redaction, PDF comparison, Bates numbering and batch processing. AI chat, summarizing and rewriting are a separate add-on after 1,000 free uses. The trial is generous in scope but saves files with a watermark and limits batch work to three files. Prices change often with promotions, so buyers should check the live store before purchasing.
Who it's for
Freelancers, students and small offices who want full PDF editing and OCR at a lower price than the big-name suites, Mac or Windows users who prefer a one-time license, and buyers who are comfortable comparing promotional plan variants. It also fits people who scan paper documents in several languages and need OCR.
